    and hey dont be afraid to call them….right after i had my 3rd round of seizures and was adjusting to new meds (whose side effects include suicidal thoughts), i totally called them… and it really really helped.

    Bizarre, disturbing, and twisted side note: Did you know Ted Bundy worked a suicide prevention hotline for a while? True story. In fact, that’s why Ann Rule’s book about him is entitled The Stranger Beside Me… because they worked that line together and became friends.

    But folks, if you need the hotline, CALL IT. If you can’t bring yourself to call them, CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Please. You’re worth it.
